Safety First

BDSM demands safety first.  The foundation is built on physical, mental, and emotional safety. We take risks when we feel safe, much like we do on a roller coaster. The community has a number of acronyms that reinforce the boundaries of play:

SSC: Safe, Sane, and Consensual

RACK: Risk, aware, consensual, kink

CCCC: The 4 C’s”: Caring, Communication,        
           Caution , Consent

PRICK: Personal Responsibility, Informed,
