Remind Subs that they are ultimately the ones in control. Power is given, never taken.

Beyond the precept of true control, the lessons in play center around giving or taking control. A sub is taught to give up their control, allowing them to re-center. The same sub may also be taught to take control, to respond with confidence, To be responsible within their bounds.

Within the realm of power, allowing a sub to make a decision can prove as motivation. However, when relinquishing any control, make it apparent that it was earned. Be sure To include parameters or a decision limited to two options.
